The motto of Drankwereld in terms of ordering and delivery is simply: ordered today = delivered tomorrow. However i.v.m. we are located on the wadden island of terschelling it can happen that it takes a day longer.
There are of course exceptions to this shortened rule. This rule only applies on working days from Monday to Friday. If you order on Saturday before 12:00, this will be offered on Monday, if you order after 17:00 and on Sunday the order will be delivered Tuesday.
To make this clear and uncluttered for you, we have a table below with the actual delivery day for each order day.
You can follow the package via the track & trace code that you receive from us. This is possible via the PostNL website.
Note: this is only possible from the delivery day.
 
Returns
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days without any problems. Returning articles is only possible under the following conditions, insofar as this is reasonably possible:
Bottles are unopened.
Articles are provided with attached labels and stickers.
Items are in the original packaging.
The item can be packed well, preferably in the shipping box of Drankgigant.nl sent to our warehouse.

For the quick handling of the returned items we would like to find the following information in the box.
Invoice or order confirmation with order number.
The number of returned products.
Reason for return, preferably with completed cancellation form
If it is a mistake from us, such as a wrong delivered item, please first contact our helpdesk. State your order number, add a photo of the item and state the problem.

If it is not an error of ours but for example over-ordered items or incorrectly ordered items, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.

Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer, this means that Drankwereld.nl is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore always ask the postal agency for the trace code or the so-called 3S number and keep it safe!

For crediting items, we aim to reverse the purchase amount within 5 working days.
